SMS messaging program
When you opt in to GROWEN’s SMS program, you can expect to receive messages regarding demo and appointment reminders, onboarding and account updates, and requests for post-service feedback. GROWEN is the sender of every message under this program. We do not send messages on behalf of any other company under this program.
Cancelling the service
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
